Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using IlmNest ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

IlmNest is a homeschool management platform designed for Muslim families. The Service includes curriculum planning tools, a scheduling calendar, a weekly planner, lesson tracking, and child progress monitoring. The Service is currently offered free of charge during an open beta period.

3. Beta Service

IlmNest is currently in beta. This means the Service may be incomplete, subject to change, and may contain bugs. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before introducing any paid plans. We may modify or discontinue features during the beta period.

4. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Upload content that is harmful, offensive, or violates applicable law
• Use the Service to spam or harass other users
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the Service

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of the curriculum plans, lesson notes, and other content you create on IlmNest. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely to provide the Service to you.

7. Intellectual Property

The IlmNest platform, including its design, features, and any content provided by us (not by users), is owned by IlmNest and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. IlmNest is a tool to assist homeschooling families; it is not a substitute for professional educational or religious guidance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IlmNest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
